Research & Academic Profile

From analytical science to market impact.

My professional path combines feed and food analytics, sustainable analytical methods and research-driven innovation with the practical challenge of turning knowledge into solutions that can be used outside the laboratory.

Current Position

CEO / Managing Director
MATE Innovation Kft.

As CEO of MATE Innovation Kft., I work at the interface of research, technology transfer and market application, helping to turn university knowledge, research capacity, know-how and technology into market-facing collaborations and practical value.

My scientific work remains focused on innovative analytical solutions for the feed and food industries using advanced correlative technologies. By integrating near-infrared spectroscopy, electronic-nose systems, and chemometrics, I develop rapid and sustainable tools for quality control, adulteration detection, and feed–food relationship analysis.

My goal is to transform complex scientific methods into practical, industry-ready solutions that improve quality, enhance safety, and optimise production. I am committed to delivering data-driven technologies that make high-level analytical capabilities accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Correltech Laboratory — continuity beyond ADEXGO

After seven years of collaboration and the successful completion of numerous projects, ADEXGO Kft. and Correltech Laboratory continued on separate paths. I am proud to have launched and developed the Correltech Laboratory business at ADEXGO Kft. and to have contributed to its growth over the years. Today, Correltech operates independently from ADEXGO and continues its activities successfully. I remain involved as an advisor and provide professional supervision in selected areas.

Publications

Authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on the application of spectroscopic techniques and electronic nose technology in food and feed analysis.

Key research areas include the detection of adulteration in food products, the evaluation of feed quality, the assessment of feed-related quality changes of foods, and the development of novel analytical methods for the food and feed industries.

Education & Expertise

PhD in Animal Science

Career focus: Feed and food analytics with sustainable analytical methods; electronic nose technologies, near-infrared spectroscopy, chemometrics and multivariate data analysis. Special interest on the applicability of miniaturised spectrometers, developing calibrations for challenging conditions, advancing process analytical technologies and smart sampling, evaluating feed-food relations via aroma testing, facilitating the use of non-targeted analyses and data-driven decision making.
